Shea is the Senior Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Institutional Development. With over twelve years in the field of higher education as a student, educator and administrator, she has a passion to see students succeed and to help organizations meet that goal. Shea has a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Webster University, a master’s degree in mass communication from the University of Central Missouri and is in the dissertation phase of her Ph.D. in International Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University. Her research focuses on strategic communication. She believes in being a life-long learner because you can always learn something new. Shea loves a good color-coded system, fun office supplies and lots of coffee.
