Theresa Yoakum, Accounting Specialist, has been with Pensacola State College for more than 10 years! Before beginning her career at PSC, Theresa was a student at the College (PJC at the time); she and her daughter earned their associate degrees together at PSC! Theresa chooses to go above and beyond her job duties by volunteering at College and Foundation events; her efforts were crucial to the success of Day of Clays on October 2nd. At the event, Theresa helped pick up breakfast, manage player and team check-in, serve lunch, and clean up.
She describes why she volunteers her time and energy:
“I choose to volunteer for the PSC Foundation to serve others at fun events and to get to know my colleagues from other departments. Not to mention, the Foundation team is an awesome group to work with. I love all the activities that happen at the College for employees and students. We have great benefits and I enjoy my department. We are a team.”
