Chase was born and raised in northern Virginia and spent most of her life in various parts of the state before recently relocating to Pensacola. She attended James Madison University and graduated with her Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Nonprofit Studies. After working in foster care case management for a little over a year, Chase returned to Western Governors University and received her Master’s in Elementary Education. She taught elementary school for five years (third, fourth, and fifth grade) and absolutely loved working with the kids and being a positive figure they could always count on. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, spending time outdoors — especially the beach, and both watching sports, including football and baseball, and playing sports, such as pickleball and kickball. Chase joins the Pensacola State College family as the Administrative Assistant for the Foundation. She values inclusion, dedication, equity, military appreciation/support, and has a passion for helping others — making the Foundation’s mission and work a perfect fit! She looks forward to supporting the amazing team at the Foundation to ensure they can continue to achieve growth and success to support students and the College as a whole!
