Pensacola State College is more than just a place of work for Diana Taylor—it’s a place that has shaped her life and her family’s future.
Diana’s journey with PSC began in 1999, as a student at a then-Pensacola Junior College, where she earned her associate in science in accounting. Years later, in 2016, she returned to PSC, this time as an employee—where she has proudly served in the Comptroller’s Office ever since.
“PSC offers an incredible range of programs and opportunities that truly serve our community,” Diana shared. “I’m always proud to share where I work; and to highlight the innovative programs we offer and the exciting initiatives we’re involved in.”
Her love for PSC runs even deeper, because both of Diana’s children also chose to attend the College for their education, completing their postsecondary studies here and successfully launching their careers. “That personal connection makes my passion for PSC even stronger,” she explained.
As both an alumna and an employee, Diana sees every day how scholarships can transform lives. She often encourages students to apply for the College’s many scholarship opportunities, knowing they can be the key to opening doors for those unsure if higher education is within reach.
“The PSC Foundation helps create life-changing opportunities and empowers students to pursue their dreams. I am honored to invest in our students’ futures,” Diana said.
Her story is a testament to the full-circle impact of Pensacola State College—where students become alumni, alumni become employees, and employees like Diana give back to ensure future generations of PSC students can thrive.
