Lecia Bradley, a Records Specialist for the College, has been with Pensacola State for over 17 years. Lecia plays a crucial role in the operational efficiency of PSC through student record-keeping, data entry, and record maintenance.
One of the biggest reasons Lecia values Pensacola State College is because of the care and opportunities that are provided through employment.
“What I love, and that’s a heavy word for me, about PSC are the benefits. Having the security of health insurance is so very important, especially the more a person ages. The flexibility and time off that’s offered also help contribute to having a consistent work-life balance.”
Lecia continued on to highlight the educational opportunities provided through PSC employment. “Being able to earn a degree with little out of pocket expense is so significant. The Pensacola State College Foundation has helped make this endeavor attainable through scholarships.”
Through her support of the College and its Foundation, Lecia is able to bless others who are taking steps in furthering their education. “Life can be challenging at times, we owe it to one another to help make it easier.”
