As a Senior Network Support Analyst in PSC’s Network and Telecommunications department, Felix Hotard spends his days ensuring the College’s technology and information systems run smoothly. But beyond his career in IT, he has an enthusiastic affinity for cooking.
“Prior to my career in IT, I worked in kitchens. I still love to cook, and donating to the Friends of Culinary Arts is a way to support students who share that same passion,” Felix explains.
For the past five years, Felix has been a proud donor, helping students at the PSC Molly McGuire School of Culinary Arts pursue their dreams. His contributions provide essential resources for students honing their craft, ensuring they have the tools, space, and equipment to excel in their education. Thanks to the generosity of supporters like Felix, deserving students participating in this PSC program can continue to transform their personal passions into thriving culinary careers.
