The Anna Lamar Switzer Center for Visual Arts at Pensacola State College is a teaching institution that strives to exhibit, collect, interpret, lend, and preserve the visual arts. The Center is named in honor of Anna Lamar Switzer, the grandmother and mother of the Switzer and Reilly families who provided transformational dollars to renovate and expand the Center in 2002 and to create the Charles W. Lamar Switzer Studio in 2014. Located on the College’s Pensacola campus, the Center has served students and the community with quality arts education, exhibits, and programs for over thirty years. This well-respected center and its programs are supported by the Anna Society.
