“Thank you for providing the funds to help me with the schooling for my aspiring career as a chef. I work as a line cook at Union Public House, learning about how to apply my schooling to the real world even before I graduate. It has been a wonderful journey so far. I look forward to every opportunity to learn when I attend classes at PSC. Each class helps me prepare for my career and challenges me to think on a whim. I have been able to explore my creativity, making food look even prettier than it tastes. It is an honor to be a student at PSC and I cannot wait to see what the semesters ahead hold. With the support you have provided, I can continue toward a career that will help me provide for myself and my family. Thank you again.”

“I appreciate this generous donation more than I can put into words. I have known since I was young that I wanted to be in culinary school. When the pandemic hit, I had to contemplate dropping out because I simply could not afford classes anymore. Being faced with giving up my dream was one of the scariest times of my life. However, thanks to this scholarship, I can continue to pursue my dream of finishing culinary school and opening my own restaurant. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! You have truly changed my life.”
