For math major Tiffany, college is a way of learning what she loves so that she can do what she loves: calculus and physics.
“I wake up every morning and think optimistically,” Tiffany says, who deals with family illnesses and financial struggles. “I try to take things day by day.”
Tiffany just wants to help others. “I volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. I really enjoy building, so I’ve even considered engineering.”
“If I could meet my donor, I’d tell them thank you so much. Without their donation, I wouldn’t be able to purchase my books at all. This scholarship has helped push me through the hump of this semester.”
